Special Gift

I was just invited by my cousin for his son's first birthday party on Saturday. I am thinking of what to give to him right now. he is my Godchild and I want my gift to be special. I am thinking of just creating an album for him as a gift. But my problem is I don't have photos of him with me. And I need to work fast if that will be my gift because it is only 3 days left until his birthday. I think making a scrapbook album for him is not a good idea. Can you suggest what nice gift to give to him? I also came across this marketing pens site and it is s funny to think that i will give him that one. It is more suitable for the job of his father. LOL! I will surf more to find that one special gift.
