Immigration Problem of a Friend

One of my childhood friend is here in Bicol. She came back last week from the US. I heard she is having an issue about their immigration. They need to get an immigration attorney ASAP. She wants to live there for good and it is her dream to become a resident there with her family. I don't know what really happened about the issue but I am just here for her.
