I Love Pens!

I love collecting pens. Different kinds in different colors. When I saw this photo I instantly grabbed it and said to myself that I will use this to blog my pen obsession. LOL! Right now my pens are scattered everywhere. I have on my study table, on my bag, on my scrap area and near my computer table. Yes, I see pens everywhere! It is a collection which started during my elementary days. I grab every pen I see at the local bookstore and I can remember mom telling me why I need to have a lot of pens when I can use only one. I just smiled at her and she stops asking me why. Maybe she understand as she also have a lot of pens in her bag. Like mother like daughter eh?

Coin Collectors

Ok I have seen a lot of coin collectors and saw some who have the precious gold coin in their collections too. I remember the movie Dear John where in the father of John collects different kinds of coins. I guess it is really a nice hobby. As time passes coins will have a greater value. Some may have a greater value than the original price it have. Maybe today is a good time to start collecting and investing in them. Stressed Out

Argh! I am so stressed right now! I want a vacation or an out of town trip this week. Maybe spend time alone in a hotel near our place and use a jacuzzi to relax my mind. Or maybe a little massage will do good for me? Is it safe for pregnant women like me? Oh well, I badly need to distress. A lot of things is running through my mind right now. This is bad. I need to get out of this situation. Pronto!

I’ve been a user of Iphone for 6 months now and I am still in love with it. I thank my dear friend who offered a nice deal for me. If not for her I may not still have enjoyed the things an Iphone can do. I really cannot imagine my life without it. It has been my company when I am waiting for the husband to come home and when I am waiting for my turn for my OB check up. It also serves like a planner and boredom removal for me. The baby bump application is my favorite as of now. I use it to track what week I am already and how I look every week by taking pictures of myself. I love that the applications are really making me organized!

I wonder how the developers make these application for apple gadgets. I am beyond amazed by the geniuses at the back of these projects. Tea Party

Tea time is my favorite game when I was a child. I always bug my cousins to come with me and play. Even mom buy me tea sets when she is away. I hope when I get a chance to have a baby girl, she will love playing tea party too. And Mama will buy her lots and lots of tea set toys.

A Good Hair Salon Furniture

I attended a birthday party yesterday without going to the salon and I hate it! I hate seeing myself not fully ready on an event like that. I feel so ugly yesterday! Ugh! I feel that soon we will be having our own car already! Weeee!!! My husband said his mom told him that she is willing to pay for the car! I love it! Mickey Mouse Party

We attended a Mickey mouse party yesterday. The place was really beautiful. I really love it! Balloons are all over the place! Everything is perfect! I wanted a colorful party for my baby someday. And this means I need to save up now as a few months from now I will be giving birth to him/her and we only have a few months to save up. Yaiks!

Vampire Costumes

 

Two months from now and it’s Halloween time once again. All the mommies I know are in search of a good and unique Halloween costumes. Finished!

I finished reading the Love the One You’re With by Emily Giffin today. I am so happy! Happy because I am improving on my reading skills or should I say reading speed. I read the book in 3 days. Of course with rest in between.

The story is full of twists and turns. One thing I can only say, Ellen is a disturbed woman. I don’t wanna be like her ever!

Burp!

I just finished eating dinner. We had Bopis, Fried Chicken and a viand. I am stuffed! I am munching on an apple right now for my desert. I just can’t eat a meal without a desert. And today I am having a healthy fruit. And maybe later I will eat this Nips chocolate for an additional desert. hahahahah!!! Talk about the weight I will gain with this deserts!

When I graduated from college I was focused on finding the right career for me. It’s been the second day since I woke up so early in the morning. Yesterday I just don’t know why but my eyes opened at 4:30am. I got up and started my day right. And then today because I have so many things to do, the moment I saw the clock at 5:30 am, I got up, washed my face and opened my laptop and started working. As of this writing I am having breakfast in front of my dear laptop. I am having 2 bread with chiz whiz and milk (I am not a coffee drinker).

I haven’t seen any of the Shrek Movies that’s why I downloaded them last month but until now I haven’t watched them. I hope the weekend is a “no work” for me and the husband so we can have a marathon for this movie. I really want to watch them.

I started wearing eyeglasses when I was in Grade 5. Sometimes I found them really annoying. Like when the temperature changes quickly from cold to hot and they get all steamed up, or in the bathroom after a shower. Old Navy Loots

My ON loots arrived last Thursday and I am so happy with them. Even if I only have 3 flip flops in that package. The other flip flop was for my sister. It has the ON t-shirts I ordered for honey, Avent bottles for my little one and the Ikea lampshades. Plus Glo sent me 2 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies that I want to taste. Thanks Glo and Kathy for sending my loots!

2 Brand New Cars

My sister in law got her new car last Monday and we can’t wait to see it! She was having a hard time commuting from their house to her work so she decided to buy a car. She got the Isuzu Crosswind XT. It will really help her with her day to day routine. Plus her kids won’t be late from now on. Their mom can fetch and drop them at school.

Another good news is that my cousin in the US bought his new car as well. He said he needs to check the Florida auto insurance services this coming week. It is so important to insure your car. I am busy cleaning the closet this morning. I am classifying all those unused clothes of me and my husband. I separated them in a plastic box which we purchased a few months ago. My desert for today is a gelatin made by mom. It is so yummy! I love it! Plus it has fruit cocktail inside. I love the sweet taste of the gelatin and the different taste of the fruits. I can eat a large piece of it in just one sitting. I am so full right now. Burp! Excuse me please. =)

Fast Internet

I missed having a fast internet connection. We are here at my parents house and I am doing online work and God I miss this fast internet connection. Our internet at home is horrible. Well as you can tell I cannot live without the internet. This is my work and my life. I am earning from this so I need to have a connection everyday. One More To Go

... and I will be joining the husband in bed. I still need to finish work on a Sunday night. Tomorrow will serve as my Sunday and today is my Monday. Weird right. well with this kind of work you'll never know when really is your Monday. But I love my work and this is where I am good at. I just have to be patient with this. Yawn!

Hungry Again

Spaghetti For Breakfast

I am here at my parents house to spend a day with them. Hubby and I slept here last night. I missed sleeping at my bed. Home is really where the heart is. And oh I missed this fast internet connection! Our net at home was horrible. It was like connecting via dial up! I wish we have the same internet provider like here. I cannot wait when the time comes that we have a faster internet connection. All I can do now is to sigh!

Anyways, mom cooked spaghetti for breakfast. I love mom's spaghetti. It's sweet and creamy! There's no celebration today just spending time with family. I super love Sundays!

National Park Tour

My brother and his family is now in California. They are one big happy family now. We are so happy for them. They showed us pictures of them together and I can see the happiness in my brother’s face. Indeed no happiness can level up to a complete family. I sometimes talk to them and ask them what are their plans now that they are complete. They said they will first tour the place and maybe attend a national parks tours. What a great idea as it will make the kids busy as not to get home sick. They also shared that they are planning to go to those europe tours that their fried offered to them. And I was really envy when he told me that. I wish I can go too! For sure they will enjoy the vacation. Just when I was about to close my laptop yesterday I remembered to search some sites that offers australia tours and other destination tours. Lucky Me

Mom asked me the other day if I use the best acne treatments as she saw a recent photo of me with a very nice face. Well it is either it was edited in photoshop or the lighting is just good. haha! But I am also thankful that I am not attacked by acne that much. I didn't have problems with acne even when I was still in school. No I don't take care of my skin that much. I just wash my face with water. I guess I am just lucky to have this face. haha!

When I went to the drugstore to buy my prenatal vitamins I saw a group of teenagers looking for the best slimming pill. They we're asking the pharmacists what's the best one they have. I didn't pay attention to their conversation as the pharmacist assigned to me got the prescription I have on my hand. Well, I do hope that they got what they are looking for and get the result they are aspiring. Teenagers nowadays are always conscious on how they will look. When I was their age I never bothered how I really look. I just live my life they way I want it to be.

I love my Iphone

I was so happy when I got my iphone last February. It was something I didn't expect to own. And for a great deal, it was one thing I will forever treasure. I love my iphone so much. Even if I cannot use the iphone warranty that comes with it if it crashes as it is only a second hand. I am taking care of it everyday. I cannot afford to buy a new phone with my own money soon. So I am crossing my fingers that it will last. I really really love all the applications I have on my iphone. Love the games and the archie comics.

Thank God for Security Cameras

I watched XXX last night in ABS-CBN and saw the episode where there are 3 foreigners doing some unusual things while transacting at the money exchange shop. They got Php70,000 without the tellers knowing their acts. Thank God there were security cameras all over the place they caught it on video. But sad to say that they didn't got the suspects to go to the prison. The video was released to give alert to every pawnshops or money exchange shops. Everyone should be careful nowadays. Sigh!

Bump

I love looking at myself in the mirror today. I have a small bump already! Weeee! I am so happy. Husband is delightful that he is now seeing a baby bump in me. He loves to touch my tummy in the evening waiting to be kicked by his daughter/son. But no kicking from him/her yet. I think we need to wait a few more days or months to feel that.

Wedding Invitations

I was asked by a friend last month if I am making some wedding invitations. And I said no. I only do birthday and baptism invitation layouts. She said she was asking me because she is getting married in a month! That was one great news I got during that stressful day of mine. I am so happy for her! I really wish I can do her favor of making her wedding invitation but I can't. Yes I did our wedding invitation way back in 2003 but I have no more mojo of that today. =(

Pregnant and Happy

I am getting bigger and bigger month after month. But I am not worried at all. Nor looking for slimming pills to be slim again. I will handle this topic when I give birth already. This are some perks of being pregnant. You can eat whatever and whenever you want to without being guilty at all times. I love being pregnant! let's all get pregnant and happy. LOL!

Guide to the Right Path

I have a friend who previously worked in a guidance in a university. And being a guidance counselor she needs to guide the students to the right path when they graduate from High School. They teach students to research college degrees that will fit them well. They conduct some written and oral tests to find the best career, college courses and the path that every student should take. I am happy that we have a guidance counselor in our school. This is how I chose my college course. I was glad they were able to help me out in deciding. I hope you all got what you really wanted during college too.

Grocery

We went to get some grocery at SM savemore today. I am so happy that at least we have SM savemore here. I love shopping at SM. They got some groceries that aren't available in Gaisano or LCC. I am glad we have a lot of options now on where to get our groceries. I can't wait to bring hubby there. His favorite snack can be found in that grocery!

Goodbye Summer

According to the news rainy season is coming so we all need to prepare. I on the other hand need to find where my only umbrella is. I remembered bringing it to the last time i went to my parents house. So maybe I left it there. I will look for it tomorrow.

My Tummy

Every evening I tune in to GMA to watch this. And my husband watch it too. He have no choice but to watch it. haha! I'll watch again tomorrow as the show is getting more exciting.

I am so excited my sister in law will be going home from Kuwait. We can't wait to see her. I am sure she misses her two kids at my parents house. I these colors so much. Me want these! This is found at Old Navy this morning. Will do some shopping on my maternity clothes as my tummy is getting bigger now. The What If's

My last post is all about doubting if diet pills really works. I never tried taking it that's why. And I was not really sure what's the side effects of diet pills. I am so afraid in this kind of things. I am such a scardy cat! But I know that a lot of people including some cousins and friend took this and they see a lot of changes in them. A few months ago when I was not yet pregnant I was tempted to take a herbal diet supplements. My friend takes this and she told me that it really works. She indeed lost weight after a few days. But I was so afraid to take some as I heard it has side effects. What if won't be able to conceive again? What if it won't take effect on me? What if I get sick just by taking it? A lot of 'what if's' run through my mind. I waited and get myself to be ready in taking it until I got pregnant. Will just try it after giving birth. For sure I won't have the what if's as fats will surely be all over me and I need to take it all off. =)

Patio Furniture

We don't have a patio as of this moment but we are planning to have one. And as early as now I am browsing sites where I can get some beautiful patio furniture just like what I have found above. Wouldn't it be nice to have those in your backyard? And have some breakfast there in the morning or a tea party with your girlfriends. Yeah!I love going our in our backyard and read books under our mango tree. This will be a perfect touch to our backyard.

Corsets

When I think of corsets I always imagine all those classical movies. I love watching old movies. I adore all those actresses who is so great in their acting. Corsets were used to have a slimmer body. I also used one after i gave birth. They said it will bring back that shape of your body. At least a little of my previous figure went back. Maybe I should use again one of these after I gave birth in November.

Problem Solved

Last week my husband is having problems on our buses. It is regarding the electrical. Some wires got messed up and he doesn't know anything about electronics so he kept on contacting his old electrician but to no avail he wasn't available at that time. And then he remembered that his raider friend. And thank God he finished a degree in electronics. Now my husband's problem is solved.

Homemade Cake

My brother made his first homemade cake yesterday. He followed a recipe and with the help of my mom he was able to make a very delicious chiffon cake. I wasn't able to take a pic of it as I was too lazy to get my camera at that time. I ate a lot of it and i love the taste. it was like the one we bought at the bakeshop. Job well done bro! If you continue doing it your wife will surely hunt the top fat burners online. She will surely gain weight with your delicious cakes. haha!

I salute my mother in law in handling their business. She not only thinks of the business alone but also invests in some properties and other forms of assets for her family. I wanna be like her. I am thinking to buy gold bullion as what I read from a friends blog. I think it is a good way of being secured in the future. That way I have something to turn to when the crisis hits again. Gold never depreciates its value and I am sure that in the long run what I paid to buy gold bullion will double its value in time.

My Pregnancy

This pregnancy is not an easy one. t feels like this is my first pregnancy which is not. When I conceived Huey I felt normal. I had no morning sickness nor headache or any pregnancy symptoms. My tummy just grew up! haha! This experience is so new to me. I just hope that this things that is happening to me means healthy pregnancy. As I cannot handle another loss anymore. I am feeling a bit ok now than when I was on my 6th week. I am glad my first trimester is finally getting close to being over. We can't wait to see this little one in my tummy.

I saw at the commercial the new Olay facial whitening cream and I am thinking of buying one. I think it is time to care for my face right? I haven't used any products on my face since i was born. I just clean it with water. But when I saw that commercial I was thinking of I am not getting younger and it is time to act now to care for my face. Will search for some more face cream on the net as I am not able to go out right now.

No Need

Now I won't be thinking of having a weight loss surgery because I need to gain weight for my baby. I think I lost weight as of this moment. I kept on vomiting whatever I take in. I really hope that my next OB check up will be good. I don't want my OB to think that I am neglecting my baby. It's just that this first trimester is really hard. I hope the next few months will be easier.

I am on my 7th week now and experiencing dizziness, sleeps a lot and morning sickness to the highest level. I am embracing this pregnancy. This feels like my first pregnancy. I love watching my body change and my tummy grow. Hubby is so happy taking care of me.

I went to buy.com to see how much is the iphone dock that I want. I got to check out their Cyber Monday and they got one on sale. At 50% off it got me thinking to buy it right then and there. But my conscience is telling me that I still don't need that. So I backed out and closed the site. Will get back there as soon as I got the urge to really buy it.

TV Time

Right now hubby and I are watching TV. And I said that I will still open my laptop and work or scrap. But when I laid my head on our comfy pillow I got so comfortable and was thinking to go to sleep. But hubby reminded me that I still have tons of tasks to do. So i get up and here I am blogging and working. =)

3 years

Huey is 3 years gone already. We are moving on now and we understand why he has to go. we accepted and let him go. I am sure God has better plans for me and my husband. I am seeing the positive side. I am still hoping that he will bless us with another child. I am not losing hope.

Yaiks! I only have 2 bucks on my wallet now. And I was so worried on what to pay for the things I bought in advance to my friend! This is so not good. Now this is a lesson for me. My brother posted new photos of where he is staying in California. The neighborhood is really lovely in the pictures. He said he hopes that he will be assigned to that place. He loves it there! Acne Free

I am not the kind of person who is attacked by a lot of acne. The photos above are my pics during high school and college. See I have a clean face! Thank God! I have some classmates way back then who are are problematic on how their face will be as clean as I have. But I just told them that I don't use anything on my face but water. And they are all shocked! Today I have a few acne on my forehead. Maybe this is the result of staying up late and stress. And maybe old age. I still believe that being happy makes you feel younger. I have an aunt who always laugh and think into positive side whenever she had problems. And she looks gorgeous at 50. I wanna be like her when I reach that age. I don't want to think of problems all the time. That explain the photos with all teeth shown on my Facebook account. haha! But a simple eye wrinkle cream will help if I can't take it but give up on some problems. Having negative things from time to time is healthy too. It will help you grow as a person. =)

I ordered a lamp shade from Ikea through my friend Glo. Kathy made me buy it. hehehe! I blame it to her. =) She was talking to me last time on YM and she told me she ordered a beautiful lamp perfect for their bedroom. And I was like "let me see! let me see!" She showed me and now I got 2 of that also. Will work hard and save up to pay for it. haha! But I got it for the reason it was so cheap! I will have to pass in getting some office furniture now. Ugh! My husband and I are not food explorer. What I meant by this is that we are both afraid of tasting foods that are not familiar with us. As much as I want to change this, I just can't! I have a stubborn husband. haha! So whenever we go out we just go to our favorite restaurant and order our favorites. Not thrilling at all right? But I am open to possibilities that we still can explore in the coming years. Maybe this will be a good change in us and in our marriage. Challenging it is! Thea brought this during our EB last February 19th at Astoria Hotel. I don't eat siomai but I tried to eat this one and I was shocked I liked it! I think I ate 6 pieces. Girly Room

Sweet bedroom right? I like this one if ever we will be blessed with a baby girl. This is my dream room when I was in High School. I always ask mom if I can have a pink themed room. But that never happened. I always share room with my sister. But I am happy we got a pink wall in our bedroom. At least we got some girly room. haha!

Other Countries

Yaiks! It's March already! Summer starts at March here in the Philippines and summer is vacation time again! Woohoo!!! I cannot wait for our family vacation this summer. My friends told me that they are going out of town this time. I think they toured the whole Philippines already and wanted to try other countries. I was suggesting to my friends that they try Mexico as they got some nice beaches there and great hotels just like Karisma Hotel.
